Christian Women’s Fellowship
The Women's Fellowship will meet for an ice cream social on Friday, August 6 at 7:00PM at Betsy Thoms's camp. Those wanting to carpool should meet at the church between 6:30 and 6:45pm.
Everyone is asked to supply their own beverages. Ice cream and toppings will be provided.
Our theme for discussion is secret so that "contributions" will be spontaneous.
Directions: Ashburnham Road to Pillsbury Road . West and south to Route 119..Turn onto Route 101 almost immediately. Very soon turn left where the road divides and drive around Billy Ward pond to the first intersection where you'll see the Thoms sign.
Pot Luck and Missionary Presentation
Chris Lorimer our missionary from Operation Mobilization, France is planning a visit to NICC, on Sunday, August 29th at 6:00 pm. The Fellowship Ministry Team is helping Missions and Benevolence Ministry Team by planning a Pot Luck Supper at 6:00 pm, followed by Chris Lorimer giving a short slide presentation and sharing his missionary experience with us. We are looking forward to seeing Chris again, so please mark your calendar for this special event.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT FELLOWSHIP
Hungry for the Lord's word during the week? Join us Wednesday evenings for Dinner, Prayer, Praise and Hymn songs and Bible Study. The evening begins with a light dinner (soup and salad or sandwich and salad with desserts and beverages) at 6pm in Fellowship Hall. We gather in the Sanctuary for Prayer and Praise at 7 pm. There are various Bible Study groups and Youth Group that meet at 7:30pm. Please invite your neighbors, your coworkers and all your friends and family. Stay just for dinner or stay for the whole evening's events. All are welcome.
A night like this would not be possible without the assistance of our volunteers and financial donors. Thank you for all that you do to serve! There is a sign up sheet in Fellowship Hall for those who wish to donate food items for dinner. Monetary donations may be put into the offering plate with a notation that it is for Wednesday Night Dinner. Please join us for food for our physical body and food for our Spiritual Body.
